What are the advantages of ATS duct over lined stainless steel?

ATS advantages include flexibility in modifying our duct at the job site, lower installed cost, and the ease and speed of installing ATS Saddle Taps while the system is operating (with our patented ChemBond™ resin). In addition, the ATS H-Collar™ provides for a solid, non-gasketed seal that does not leak. In a word, ATS surpasses our competitors with our unmatched reliability.

How does the cost of ATS compare on an installed basis to lined stainless steel?

ATS installation times are less than coated metal and it is more economical overall on an installed basis. In addition, once the system is installed, modifications are easier to make with ATS on operating systems. Please refer to our Comparison section in the ATS Reference Guide for a more detailed answer to this question.

Does ATS offer a warranty package?

Yes. Our standard warranty is five (5) years, provided the duct is installed in accordance with manufacturer recommendations. However, the warranty is increased on an annual basis to seven (7) years if ATS is allowed to inspect and maintain the system from start up. The inspection service is provided at no cost and the purpose is to monitor and maintain the duct system performance.

What sizes of duct does ATS make?

We manufacture round duct in sizes 2ӯ (50 mm) to 120ӯ (3000 mm). We also make rectangular and oval duct work to meet special design considerations. Please see our Part Type Drawings in the Mechanical Drawing Guide of the ATS Reference Guide (Pages 35-108).
